Process workflow
✦ Initial Consultation: We discuss commission details via DM.
✦ Payment/Deposit: Once commission details are sorted out, full payment or 50% deposit is required to start. Payment plans can be made for returning customers.
✦ Sketching Phase: I will work on sketches for you to review and give feedback. Several revisions can be made as needed until you’re happy.
✦ Full payment/Lineart Phase: Once a sketch is approved, the remainder of payment is required if only a deposit was made earlier. Lineart is made with base colours for a clearer view of what to expect. Limited changes may be made at this stage.
✦ Render Phase: Once lineart is approved, I render the artwork to completion!
✦ Work Completed: I will send you a link to a GoogleDrive folder/file. Please download it as soon as you can. Files will be kept on Drive for 6 months.
✦ Posting: I will share it on social media. Credit me by tagging me (@screampuffart) or linking at least one of my social media accounts. I’m “@screampuffart” just about everywhere, so it’s very easy! If you’re on Twitch, please assign the emote attribution or the Artist Badge additionally if you’d like!


Commission Info
Please have a good idea of what you’d like to commission ready, including preparing an adequate amount of reference pictures. The more details and references the better! Sketches made in Paint are always welcomed!
In the case of an Omakase Skib request, minimal discussion/references is needed. You may request a particular setting/pose, but the final artwork is based on whatever inspiration I get from your request. The final piece may or might not have a background, may be chibi or regular art etc.

General checklist of things to prepare include:
✦ Type of commission (Chibi? Full body? Live2D model?)
✦ Description (who/character personality, doing what, where)
✦ When is the commission needed?
✦ For what occasion/how will the commission be used? (To use as a banner? Is it a gift? To print?)
✦ Reference pictures of who, outfits, accessories, pets, etc
✦ In the case of mecha/armour/weapons, reference pictures of as many angles as possible
✦ Any other things you can think of, or deem important (optional)

In the case where you have any size, resolution and/or colour mode requirements (i.e. you want to print it out or not), please inform me as soon as possible. If I already created the file and worked on it, I might not be able to change it.
If I have to find references myself, or references provided are unclear or lacking, an additional charge to the final quote price may be added. You'll be notified beforehand, so we can discuss if more is required from you, or you are happy to pay the costs.


Payment
✦ Prices shown are in AUD Australian Dollars, and are estimates/average. Please do not send any payment until a proper quote is given through discussion.
✦ Payments to be made through PayPal invoicing. An additional tax is applied solely to cover PayPal fees.
✦ Payment of at least 50% is required upfront. Payment plans can be discussed and made for trusted/returning customers.
✦ Additional charges may incur due to different factors including but not limited to: priority slot, complexity of design, background art, additional characters, character design creation, large file sizes, requests to draw in certain style, requests for mecha/weapons/armour, lack of references/direction (unless it's a Skib Request), or additional request and/or changes during commission process..
✦ Priority Commission: If you’d like your commission to be put up priority, a rush fee may be paid.


Revisions
Any mistakes from my end will be fixed for free. As your happiness and satisfaction is my goal, sketch revisions during the initial process is limitless! Revision during the lineart is limited to two or three, unless they were my mistake. If you wish to make changes to a part you had previously approved, an extra fee will be charged, depending on complexity. I am able to make minor adjustments to the design within 6 months after the commission is completed, or provide additional file types, but a small fee will be charged.


Refund/cancelling
✦ For cancellation by the client, 80% refund is available if it is cancelled before the sketching phase.
If the commission is in the sketching/mid phase, 50% refund is available.
No refunds are available once the commission is at or beyond the lineart stage.
✦ If for any reason I am unable to finish the commission, the refund will be based on the percentage of completion.


Copyright & Commercial Use
✦ I maintain all the rights to my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce, copy and/or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion.
✦ Do not claim my commissioned artwork as your own, remove my signature, or change the artwork without my consent.
✦ You must credit me by writing “Art by @screampuffart”, tagging me directly with @screampuffart, or indirectly with @/screampuffart (#screampuffart is usable on Twitter), or by linking at least one of my social media accounts.
If you’re on Twitch, please assign the emote attribution or the Artist Badge additionally if you’d like!
✦ You maintain the right to your own character, ideas and intellectual property.
✦ You have the rights to use the commission for self-promotion on social media.
✦ Commissions may not be used for commercial purposes, reproduction or selling as merch, unless agreed and paid for otherwise. Commercial usage fee may be 2-3 times commission price, depending.
✦ Printing artwork for personal use is ok!
